Vaccinex Rises 43% After Thursday's Disclosure on Stock Sale

Vaccinex Inc. ( VCNX) shares recently traded up 43% Friday to $7.48.

The company said in a securities filing Thursday that it agreed to sell 1.47 million shares for $5.09 each in a private placement.

Vaccinex ( VCNX) plans to use net proceeds to fund the development of pepinemab, its lead product candidate.
