qdog, your posts raised another point that did not fit into my earlier posts. Many companies such as IBM, CPQ, MSFT mentioned a surprisingly strong Europe helped offset the Asian problem. I am not at all current on the European situation but I thought France is having all kinds of labor problems. The EU is likely to create mass confusion. Is the strength in Europe this qtr a fluke or is it a trend? I agree that SEA will impact Europe equally, if not more. Unlike the US, they base their choice of trading partners on $$$, not human rights record. It is ugly, isn't it? Ramsey
