The updated numbers show more confirmed cases - 4690, but no new deaths. In fact, it’s 106 - one fewer than as per previous report. This can happen, it’s not necessarily suspicious. For now, I’ll take it as it comes. If something is wrong with the data, we’ll find out soon enough.

So far, no deaths among the scattered cases in countries other than continental China.
