McConnell doesn’t have the votes to block witnesses... IMO that's rope-a-dope. Susan Ferrechio (Chief Congressional Correspondent at The Washington Examiner) said that's par for Senate talk on a Tuesday on the Bret Baier show. By Friday he might have enough votes. Lindsey Graham said he's more optimistic than ever that this will be over Friday. Reading of the Bolton transcript was brought up and Schumer went ballistic on that. They don't want to read it.
