Most cases - and most deaths - remained clustered in the Hubei province, where it all started. Relatively few people died outside that province. There is talk that many people escaped Wuhan before they imposed the lockdown. If that’s true, there ought to be many more cases showing up in different places... which, so far, hasn’t happened.
