I didn't like Trump when he came on the scene. Knew nothing about him before the escalator ride other than he was some kind of crude millionaire (turns out billionaire) playboy. I held my nose and voted for him because I liked his America First policies. Trump defined conditions in WDC that in many people's minds are unacceptable..........and I trusted he was going to do his best to fix that.

Romney would have been nothing more than an incrementalist, greasing the path the country was already on re trade agreements and immigration.

Couldn't agree more. Self preservation is natural, but not when it comes to negatively impacting the general welfare of the American people and especially the Middle Class.
