Scott Adams has talked about this as far back as 2016...Trump's rallies are a live laboratory for A/B testing catch phrases, memes and trial balloons of all types.

The whole thing is a huge data gathering operation...and of course the giggling school girls on CNN still have not caught onto what they are up against.
