"Congress Requests Google to End Free Speech"

There are only two ways to end free speech, and google isn't part of that. Congress can amend the Constitution, or a Constitutional Convention can do it. In both cases, it will have to be ratified by 3/4ths of the states. You can google it.

It will prolly be something like "Congress shall make laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

Global warming

Global warming is the long-term rise in the average temperature of the Earth's climate system. It is a major aspect of climate change and has been demonstrated by direct temperature measurements and by measurements of various effects of the warming. Global warming and climate change are often used interchangeably.
