We can't cover up if we allow witnesses...
Cover up what? The facts of the case are already out in the open.

What are the new witnesses going to uncover? What's going to change? Absolutely nothing.

Even Bolton's "bombshell" did nothing but confirm what we already knew.

I didn't understand why the NPCs start echoing the phrase "cover up" last week, but now I know ...
