I suspect it was closer to 100% when I was born.

That's awful; Rat's living in a cardboard lean-to down by the docks of the city, and he's in the top 28% of white people? But, I digress; a lot of those assets are in homes, and minority home ownership is a lot lower than whites. Are you upset because Obama didn't give out free homes to people of color?
