For e.g do you know that the FBI runs 330+ "routine" wire taps/day in the State of Louisiana? That is 330 wiretaps that are not linked to a specific person or case- just kind of sweeping the airwaves for potential "bad guys". I don't think that's a wise idea. Ever wonder how many fishing expeditions law enforcement agencies are on in your State?< You don't like concentrations of power at the federal level and you like FDR????
