Hi Rick,

There is a definite consolidation of H.D. Trucks going on in the US.

That is true of the dealer body as well.

When down turns occur, the H.D. truck business lives off of repair services and parts sales.

As OEM's consolidate, that too helps them during down times.

Although there are alliances, the OEM's want their own specific drivetrains, which captures their owner's bases service work. There used to be GM, Ford,Cat, Cummins in addition to the OEM's drivetrains.

So far the US OEM's have the market share in the U.S.

I suspect a tariff issue is prompting VW's interest.

I wonder how big EU's market is vs the U.S?
