The markets are DEAD! And will be buried soon. A romour 9:30 PM Pacific time on CNN says that President Clinton will resign MONDAY AT 4:00pm Washington time. As a Candian I'm buying TIP's Puts Monday. Reguardless of whether he did/didn't is now imaterial, it's the ere of guilt that preclaims his dismay...
