Sigmund: I could be wrong but I think the Market has recently reacting to both the Asian Markets and the Clinton Scandal and what the Market is lookin at now is the Possibilty of "Gore" being President.Until it is settled one way or the other the Uncertainity will leave a "Cloud" hanging over it.
