So, .... in keeping with your relevant references to what is PROHIBITED WITHIN THE USA's CONSTITUTION, I believe that Rudy Giuliani made a very good case for the FACT that the Supreme Court could BLOCK the "Impeachment(?)" AND the ENTIRE SENATE TRIAL by declaring the "Impeachment", as presented by the "Demented TDS Democrats", UNCONSTITUTIONAL ...... as in ---->



And let's not forget that this discussion took place between two individuals steeped in The LAW ..... One is a Judge and the other is a highly experienced Prosecutor ......
