Giota, you have been misled. Upticks and downticks are only indications of the trade's relation to the previous trade; whether the price is higher or lower to the previous trade. An uptick does not necessarily mean its being accumalated, and conversely, a downtick does not necessarily mean there is distribution. You must use several other indicators to determine accummalation and distribution.

Regarding "generating profits...", its obvious NSCP is not, and I think it may be wise to WAIT for the fundamentals to improve, rather than trying to predict it. But you are correct in stating a market is comprised of different views and opinions.

I would like you to justify NSCP's current valuation of 1.7 billion, with only 400-500 million in revenues predicted for 1998, and marginal profits if any. Until we see some supporting fundamentals, I just can't see the stock maintaining its price, let alone appreciating.
