No.. Saddam was the mad dog that the US created and abetted..to battle Iran after their Shah Lackey was deposed.. The US killed (and the Iraqi army) killed many civilians.. Many innocent US servicemen (and from other countries) died.. and have trouble re-integrating Soleimani<<> Saddam AT ALL
