Hi -

Low debt? Indeed, yes. Growing income? Also. Less than book, however, no: P/B is around 1.8 right now.

The stock has appreciated, due in good part to management; I have few complaints, as my cost basis is low. However, John Gehl owns less than he did. In '94, he owned 8%; this month, he owns around 5%. So far, that's my one substantive concern.
