Even though I may not sound mad, believe me I'm pissed. My opinion is this:
They knew that they had 66 million shares outstanding and that is why they didn't file electronically. Then just days before a supposed buyback they leak out this info, since no financials are available yet, and why not. Printers don't take that long, and the stock drops to peanuts, they might buyback those shares at the peanuts price and then release the news releases that they are sitting on, in the words that Rick from SEXI used. I think Meyerson knew this all along and this supposed grudge was all made up, who cares about another 5 million shares issued on top of 20 some million what difference would it make. Meyerson and SEXI are bed fellows as far as I'm concerned and it was becoming more obvious to me as they did not release that news. I know SEXI and Sprint have a relationship. And I know that Sprint has agreed to sell some 60,000 units. This sounds like a VAR relationship to me. I don't really think they have to wait 60 days to release this new relationship and I think SEXI is just sitting and waiting to release it after the blood bathe they created takes place. I think all this is very illegal and yes, I am pissed like all of you.
