Yeah, then I have my dad who developed lung cancer directly from hard core smoking, many years, then matatised into bone

thankfully at the time we still had decent hospice services here, to deal with terminal illness

I can never thank those hospice people enough... and it was relatively inexpensive compared to sending a patient to a hospital..
and much better for all family members involved, to have him die on his own terms, in his and our own controlled environment.
