Brad,"cr-p" is not a nice word, please refrain from semi-curse words. The reason for the request was that you did not pay off any of the five previous small bets that you lost to me( the last being whether TRID would hit 25 or 15 first). It is not worth the bother to me for a $10 bet. However for $100 I would be willing to do it( even though I have always paid the bets that I lost). So here's the deal, we each give $100 to Marion( or some other trustworthy party) to hold(since Jerry does not want to be the escrow agent); the bet is whether CITA gets an offer of $11 or better by March 31, 1998. Let me know if you are willing to put your money where your mouth is. y
