Here is why I believe there will be no short squeeze and no illegal short position exist:
"According to Rocky Mountain International Ltd., Dempsey Mork and his affiliated companies,
acting through Magellan, a Mork owned company, are the same short sellers who the company has
already served and filed suit against for defamation and unfair trade practices in Federal District
court in Florida. ">Oct.24,1197
"'Demsey Mork is on record as having a sizable short position in Rocky Mountain stock. How can
he therefore claim to represent the interests of our legitimate investors? Mork has employed this
tactic before and Rocky Mountain is yet another victim of his continued pattern. We have advised
the SEC
of at least four other companies with respect to which we believe Mork has engaged in
similar conduct: Development Bancorp Ltd., Fremont Corp., Sunbase Asia Inc. and BioCorral.
Each of these companies has had their stock drop from the $7 range in the $2 range in one year's
time. We are fully cooperating with the Commission in with respect to Mork and other matters
concerning the company.

It was also reported that Morgan was forming a group to combat illegal short sellers, and vowed to fight this battle, having already contacted the SEC.
***** It was also reported that Morgan went to Washington to meet with the SEC.
---Can anyone honestly believe the SEC would halt this stock and not investigate the much publicized(?)illegal short squeeze? Of course they would. Your dreaming if you don't think they did. Now ask yourself if the SEC would let this stock resume trading with an Illegal short postition.I don't think so. Their job is to protect investors. Also ask yourself, who has more resources, the SEC or the short squeeze hypemeisters? The short squeeze is a suckers play..DD
