TO ALL: You tried to cruciy me (not you Linda, nor a few other kind souls) when I dared to share my opinion about the hype and all the red flags in August. All I want to add is that there are many, many small good and still yet discovered companies out there on Nasdaq small cap, or Amex - with one major difference: those companies have to file 10Q's and 10K's with the SEC - so instead of listening to wild rumors and being left in the dark - one is able to seek out the truth through the required filings. Today, they are available to anyone through EDGAR free of charge. Moral: do your own homework, and don't get caught up in all the hype and above all, recognize the red flags when you see them.
