Nixon and Clinton have changed the way people think of the Presidency. Even if they nail slick Willy this time i don't think the market will react like it did when Nixon was in trouble. Sadam must be an idiot, Sadam is providing a way for Willie to change the focus of attention (i.e. bomb Iraq).
