Bit by bit--today on the SSAX SEC (you can get it under profile of Si:SSAX) is the 13-D from the company relative to the delivering of the 3,603,603 share in exchange for the note.

In it the company stated " that this represented 7.8% of the companys stock based on 42,731,937 shares outstanding as of Sept. 05, 1997. Taht was the date of issue of the Q3 10Q. The shares were authorized by an SEC filing dated 10-27-97 for 3,703,603. The difference is 100,000 shares for the "The Privatebank and Trust Company". Then the company had a filing with the SEC on Sep 30, 1997 for 2 million shares for the company "Employee Stock Purchase Plan"--and on November 04-1997 (775,000 shares) for warrants issued to Bank of America, Il., Am. Not Bank and Trust, Massachusetts Mutual Life, and Principal Mutual Life)--can't determine the price attached to the warrants.

Well, sure there is more to this story than I have been able to did out but in round numbers I think we are looking at a fully diluted figure of close to 50 million shares.

Please help me on this with any comments you may have.

Maurice PS--I agree, I think Alex Brown also is one of the following brokers
