My first reply said 'And how do you figure that?' Until I read what you were replying to :)

Personally, I think the management is out for their own interests only, and not necessarily those of the outside shareholders or employees.

There are a number of questions I think should be asked, such as:

- Why has this company languished during a time when other stocks are doing so well?

- How does the growth of PSIX's business compare to others?

- Why is Mindspring leaving them when they made it possible for Mindspring to grow so large? (Someone did post something about this on this thread)

I can come up with more.

PSI's belief that they are stronger on their own is only valid as long as you do not consider that everybody else has gained an economy of scale by pairing with a telco. Certainly the IXC deal will give PSI some benefit in this area, but it is not apparent that IXC can build out the fiber in time and without diluting the stock significantly.
