Mongo,
Sen. Mitt Romney will vote to remove Trump from office, becoming only Republican to do so
Romney is finished. And I'm ashamed to have defended the man.

While I would understand if he supported impeachment but not removal, the fact that he would vote for removal says a lot to me.

It tells me that he believes his political future lies with Michael Bloomberg and other "moderate" Democrats.

It tells me that he wants to become the next John McCain, the "maverick moderate." But even McCain demonstrated courage of conviction at times. I don't see any of that in Romney anymore.

It also tells me that Romney is taking Trump's attacks on him personally. To this former supporter of his, this is a huge letdown.

Bye bye Mittens. I hope you can find a future with the Democrats.
