Article on two-way interactive cable: redherring.com There was another article on techweb.com yesterday but all the links are missing today. The article concerned the recent news about phone companies and CPQ/INTC/MSFT announcing implementation of DSL-lite and the recent announcement of cable systems enhancements. Inspite of the hype, looks like the phone companies are several years off, and the DSL-lite systems would cost $ 40 - $ 50 in monthly fees plus $ 200 modem purchase.
