Good morning Frank, I hope all is well with you and thank you very much for your thoughtfulness. I hope that you had a lovely breakfast this morning. We did have a very nice breakfast. We made waffles with flax seed, a fruit dish with fresh wonderful strawberries, kiwi and orange and a fried egg, coffee and orange juice. Today we are going to spend a lazy day by the fire as it is very cold here today. We will watch TV and catch up on our reading. It is beautiful out, so I am sure that we will also go for a nice long walk or bike ride later. I also want to catch up on some of my long distance calls to family and friends. What will you do?
