See why I need help--can't even subtract and type correctly--well here is the correction:

56.973 million shares less 7.641 million conversion shares attatched to the convertible note is-----

49.332 million shares--close enough to my original estimate of 50 million shares and for round number calculations--GEED ENOUGH
