Tom- Thanks a lot. Neat web-site !!! Lots of info in one place. I like it !! I'm sitting here reading the Sunday paper and seeing that Fid Sel Am. Gold is up 2.5% for the year and Fid Sel Precious Metals is up 4.9% for the year. Hmmmmm??? !!! I wonder what that means ??? Different stocks ?? Gold is up more, vs. different currencies in the world ??? Interesting. A little anecdote: My wife and I were at a "trivia contest" last night. We're 45 yrs old. Most of the questions were geared toward our age group. There was a table next to us filled with Gen. Xers (20 somethings). They did VERY poorly. This generation of people know nothing of the world before the Reagan years. They've never seen gold take off and run. By the time gold takes off, these people will be standing in the wake, wondering what the heck happened. ......Then, they'll jump on board and the metals will go nuts !! I look for a BIG run sometime in the next year or two.
