I went to the site ... and here's what I think. Basically, the CT case is taking a "back seat" to the SDNY case.

At the site, go to the SDNY case and go to the "Report" which is GIFT's 287 page datailing of how each of the defendants infringed on the claims of the patent. It is quite understandable in the "side-by-side" format that it is presented in. Any "non-believers" of the patent should take a look. Just look at the claims against Broderbund, for starters. The claims of the patent fits "nice and tight" around the necks of these defendants and of the many others who will make up GIFT's $98B market.

However, we will have to "keep the faith" thru 12/8 when the hearings "may" actually get going soon thereafter. Mel
