Clever, aren't they....the new number might be quick, but it sure is dirty.... The number of shares before the preferred, is>> 3,853,675 and of those, insiders' shares, subject to reporting, if bought or sold... is considerable...and I've seen no filings in re: buying or selling from insiders...so.... Makes the trading volume highly suspicious, IMO The suspicious volume started on Jan 21...4.42 Mln vol....and rolled into many X factors of actual float...magic
