A list of preferred Judges was a litmus test for Trump, but not required for Dems. Apples to Oranges. I think that call to DJT came mostly from conservatives who didn't believe that DJT was one. We all know that the dims will appoint based on one criteria (no not frigging diversity). To base judgement on feelings that correspond to a liberal agenda as opposed to the rule of law. This is what the dims want and expect. They never show their anti-Constitutional side in broad daylight.
