Total Sales Inventory for Manhattan homes has been surging in the last five years.

Yes good point. I've actually been following that for a good five years.. We've had at least one year of inventory for several years. Was much worse in 2018 when Chinese started pulling back and interest rates were at cycle highs. I thought it would crack more but instead strengthened in 2019.. I imagine stock market and very low interest rates holding it up a while longer?

Always watching sales at 432 Park Avenue Tower. Ultra high end tallest residential building on the planet I believe built in 2015.

Realtor.com shows two sales in six months. Seven currently on the market so 21 months inventory.
