As of now, there are 37,525 confirmed cases, and 813 people died from the disease. This tells us something. How they define “recovered” - I don’t know. Discharged home? No fever for 1 or 2 weeks? Not shedding the virus? They don’t tell us - at least, I couldn’t find it.
