I watched with interest the discussion of this stock this week. In checking it out this morning the chart diclosed a big spike in volume at a point this summer coincident with the first permit announcement and the price rose somewhat. The volume today was about 33000 shares on 17 trades before the dow jones wire carried the story of the latest permit around 3:30 eastern, and doubled before the close at 4p.m. The price dropped 1/32 on a sale just before the close. Since I bought some of this stock today, I'll be excited to see a spike in price and volume in the near term.
