In addition to punishing troops who get concussions, maybe he should give out medals for the most civilians killed.

Trump has pardoned convicted war criminals (who shot teenage girls and unarmed old men according to his comrades in arms who testified against him) and punished the military judges who convicted him by canceling their medals.

During the campaign, he promised to order US troops to kill the families of terrorists and he said they'd do it because he's a real leader. thehill.com

Clearly, despite dodging the draft through a bogus bone spur diagnosis, he's said he feels like he was in the military because of his time in a military school. He's said he knows "more than the generals."

Both his words and deeds testify that he wants a military that commits war crimes as a matter of policy. So why not give medals out based on how many civilians are killed? Trump will get to that eventually if he lasts long enough.
