The United Payphone adjustment affects 1995 numbers, not 1996. I don't
think there is any revenue shifting to the fourth quarter; I think the
announced number of 16.9 mil still holds, but there will a loss due to
unusual expenses from shifting to other carriers from MCI. There
shouldn't be any impact on 1st qtr numbers as a result of any 10K items
so 1st qtr revenues won't be impacted. My guess of something in excess
of $25 mil comes from TLTK's practice of estimating revenues based
upon their current billings (not assuming any growth) and their
estimate of annual revenues of $100 mil. This qtr should be at least
$25 mil and I would expect a gradual increase each qtr. Profit margins
should be similar to March's (minus the litigation charge).
