If he gets more than 9 days those two douche bags deserve life. Lets see....... theft under $1000 not a misdemeanor, No Cash Bail, legalized drugs, no long sentences for durgs, etc, etc, etc. if you are black you are presumed innocent of any crime even if you are caught on tape.
