FWIW the China Flash Market web site has prices for NAND memory chips. The prices have been moving higher since late November last year. The 512GB TLC price had been stuck at $5.20 from Jan 21st, I was wondering what direction it would take next, up due to demand, or down due to weak demand from Coronavirus. It just moved a nickel higher to $5.25, so the rising NAND price trend remains in tact based on the first price movement in a while.
