A very big difference between the two situations is that Zip drives have always been sold at a decent profit, and Zip disks have always been sold at an extremely high profit.

SparQ and SyJet drives are probably being sold at a loss, and certainly the margin can't be that great on SparQ disks. Maybe a little better for SyJet disks.

How are they going to ramp production while they continue to bleed money?
