DD: Sorry, but I believe your reasoning is incorrect in this matter. IF there IS an illegal short position,(or a legal one for that matter) the SEC will benefit NOT the shareholders by continuing a halt, but will benefit THE SHORTS. This has nothing to do with what I believe about this position. How do the shareholders benefit if they cannot take advantage of a short position? (assuming there is one). Please think about what you are saying. I do not think I am wrong. al
