I have watched these laser stocks for many years. Much of the activity to date has been various companies jockeying for position while the FDA drags out approval for the machines and procedures. Assuming the medicine is sound, the only thing that matters is the generation of revenues. Earnings will prompt stock prices.
Until one sees steady, predictable, cash flow, I question any analysis to project prices. I understand the plays based on technicals, but I would also warn that mass psychology has as much to do with what is happening to these stocks as any other factor.

other presidents combined. Better the devil that I know than the
unknown.
