I am surprised to see Savitz saying this: "DRAM is used in desktop computers and servers, while NAND is flash memory, found in smartphones and solid-state hard drives." Actually both types of chips are used in all of those things, but never mind. I don't put much stock in the over-supply in H2 thesis, unless Chinese firms surprise greatly. Or unless the world slides into recession either due to the coronavirus or unexpected moves by one or more of the world's leaders who shall not be named. But we'll see. Predictions of those things have been notoriously wrong by most people. I suppose in this case though one of us has to be right since we are predicting opposite things, lol!
