Was looking for the price of those warrants--but unable to find them--big pile of paper and too much detail. The macro approach is what I needed and 49 million is just fine. Agree and hope your are correct on the Asian factor--we'll see. With H&Q saying the the $2.4 million interest on the notes is befor taxes and with 49 million fully diluted shares--all we need to meet First Call is a net of $1.5 million. My hope is that they can come up with $2.5 million. Depreciation is supposedly decreasing and R&D under tighter control. Also, there is no sign than the company is in any rush for quarter end closings by offering last minute price discounts but that is straight BS since we will not know until after the end of the quarter. Looking for announcement of earnings by mid February--with all of the fiscal year financing behind us--what have they got to do--write good profesional contract, get them signed on time and just plain do the job they get paid for--how do you like that!!
