Hello Joe,

Been reading through the notes and having a hard time
catching up(G). You are correct when you say that DCTC
has come a long way in a relatively short period of time.
I know how long I've been a shareholder and it seems long
when you area always awaiting anxiously the next event Mr.
Murphy has put together but in reality it hasn't been all
that long.

On the buyback front, personally I'll be interested in
watching this unfold with a firm as reputable as PW handling
it for us. If a company of that stature isn't enough for
the weak handed, so be it. The dissemination of info as to
current buyback status is information that I personally hope
will NEVER be mentioned anywhere other than what is required
by SEC regulation. I'm tired of seeing the mo's and flips
provided with more tools than they regularly have at their
disposal. Let them take their chances as to when they bail.
Too many of us here have spenttoo much personal time and money
to continually provide information that winds up being used
against our better interests. Information of that nature
would provide them with an "everyone for the door" exit
point. That would absolutely crush the price and be totally
counterproductive as to why a buyback was instituted in the
first place. IMO, this buyback is happening for a couple of
reasons not the least of which is that the company is truly
undervalued. The other is that the undervaluement causes our
negotiating position to be weakened in the M&A field and since
this is an M&A company.....

On the M&A front, it will be truly interesting to see how many
deals Mr. Murphy has been putting together when the stock price
gets where it needs to be. I certainly feel it is larger than
the number one(G).......take care..

Lou
