IMO, this will end up getting nowhere. The other parties in the issue have begun to have their own problems -- Ms. Lewinsky wants to take the fifth, and Starr is being accused of holding her without her consent for several hours. As for Paula Jones, even her own lawyers have doubted the credibility of her story... and so on and so forth.

So, a veritable can of worms. And by the end of the year, we would have wasted a lot of time arguing among ourselves and seeing/reading lots and lots of analyses/tabloids/breaking-news/face-the-nation/meet-the-press yadda yadda yadda. The market will be up a modest 8% or so, and Bill Clinton will still be president. End of story.
