Why did the defense attorneys not disqualify that juror.

I remember reading a short while back that the defense attorneys tried to disqualify her but the judge overruled them. Even the judge is a judicial activist and hates conservatives. This judge should be looked into for serial corruption. There's an apparent pattern of biased behavior by her that should lead to her removal.
