Vietnam is doing the first of its lock-downs. Thailand cannot be far behind.
Am in HK, has been good, but may be making a change for variety sake, and if so, could be good or bad, certainly different and assuredly interesting.
(1) Have been ensconced in Hong Kong, mostly business as usual, ala occasional visits to town office, enough days at home office, waging a campaign against TSLA, long, short, Puts, Calls, equity, different strike prices, collection of expiration dates, and several times per night modulation, re-calibration, fine tuning, way-point-check, and zig and zag. Going well. By and by buying some way out of the money puts,
(2) even as my son is being home-schooled by wife of my friend who lives upstairs - the lady is a retired teacher from Jack's school.
(3) The household is on autopilot. We are supplied well with plenty of toilet paper rolls, tissues, and masks etc etc, along w/ the food and such. My mom is staying at my place, to tutor the Jack in Chinese language.
(4) The Coconut and her mom has been in S Africa / Cape Town. The Coconut devised her own interactions w/ a S African charity, raised some money for the charity from amongst family and friends, and also participated in a dance performance to champion racial harmony.
(5) The Coconut's plan is ambitious, more than a simple performance and ... well, one step at a time ... let's see where the journey leads
(6) In the meantime the girls shall return this weekend after the past 10 days in Cape Town. After the Coconut does some audition video we likely shall if able return immediately to Africa and spend some time as if we are starting over, for a few weeks.
The Coconut can do her thing w/ her cohort, dancing, and ready to execute the next stage of her plan.
My wife shall home-school the Jack (HK schools on distance-learning mode for awhile).
The Jack shall also attend a local music program where the kids get to appreciate such.
I would carry on my TSLA campaign, and either partake in Corona or imbibe in Heineken.
Should the plan proceed the kids shall hangout with folks and animals a lot.
My wife already settled on a beachside house w/ own swimming pool and game room etc, in community that be a rental unit belonging to some local business person, and is making arrangements w/ help of the owner's daughter for local staffing help.
The experience, we figure, assuming we can do it, would be be good for the kids. If the schools in HK threaten to open soon, we would have to make some hard decisions.
(7) So, it seems that, should we pull the trigger, 2020 Q1 plan would change a bit :0)
(8) After that, who can know, as the world is changing rapidly. Very interesting.

Zombie apocalypse was not supposed to be like this, observed the Jack laughingly. He is having a great time.
Our 4WD SUV does not usually make long distance trips, but in a pinch, like now, can carry a lot of essentials.
Tip: Japanese electronic bidet toilet is super, which I thought of as a must 10+ years ago when we refurbished our place. Now, I can claim prescience
We are also having additional masks and toilet paper shipped in by relatives, and if have plenty can start using the extra stock as currency - you know, masks as currency for toilet paper, in turn as currency for money, and again as currency for masks. Gold does not come into the equation until the final trade :0)
